We are hiring a Retail Sales Supervisor to work in our Sandy Farm Market in Vancouver, BC

Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

Vacancy: 1

Wage: $24.04-$25 /hour

Working Condition: 35 – 40 hours a week.

Working Location: 6007 West Blvd Vancouver, British Columbia V6M 3X2

Duties:

– Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.

– Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.

– Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.

– Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.

– Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.

– Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.

– Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance.

Requirement:
Completion of secondary school
2+ years of supervisory experience in the retail sales field
